:iconbvnny: Bvnny Interview (All art by Bvnny)

So, I can see the cuteness of your characters is very hard to rival, especially from behind. My first question is, are you an ass man?
-
Absolutely!
-------------------------------------------

Why did you join DeviantArt?
-
It wasn't long after I got a tablet, and I was just going to put up some of the random sketches I was doing on it- when I first started drawing on the tablet, I was pretty much just drawing random stuff. I didn't know what I was going to end up with when I started a sketch. Now everything is more focused.
-------------------------------------------

What are your biggest art influences?
-
I have countless influences. I try and draw a little inspiration from every source. I experimented with many styles and now I just go with what feels natural. Voluptuous western cartoon characters like Jessica Rabbit (with the heavy eyelid style) were a pretty big influence on the girls I started drawing. I also drew inspiration from the anime art styles used in various Nippon Ichi games, and indie artists like Robert Crumb and his surreal comics featuring bottom-heavy girls. Online artists have been a big influence too- I'm influenced by many of the pioneering FA artists. I try to do art that's light-hearted, bright and comical in tone, and sometimes tells a story. I have also found a lot of further inspiration from current and new artists on DA, and I like getting to discuss ideas with other artists and get new ideas. If you look through my gallery, you might try figuring out where the various influences have come from . . .
-------------------------------------------

What's your favorite music?
-
I like 70's, 80's, soundtracks, and non-commercial artists.
-------------------------------------------

What's your favorite food?
-
Sashimi. That's sushi without the rice.
-------------------------------------------

Since I began worshiping your art here, I noticed you had a few animal-like characters. Being a bit new to this, I would like to know what about it intrigues you and how you came to draw these curvacious feline characters.
-
Well, anthro is something that's been around for a very long time, for me, demihumans/monster-girls or anthro characters- it's another way of adding individuality and personality to a character. There are different values that immediately get associated with these characters, for instance, felines are associated with introversion, independence, playfulness. Other times there's a size association. It also opens up different possibilities with color, when you aren't drawing anything that currently exists, you can roll with a different color scheme and switch around clothing more often, not depending on the clothing and hairstyle solely to identify the character.
-------------------------------------------

Haman Karn is one of my recent favorites, and Lapi is so friggan hot. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding how you got so good. What motivated you to become such a keystone of the community?
-
I don't know about being a keystone . . . I just try to improve, which involves a lot of experimentation, trying to figure out what works. Some things work out better than others. Also, with practice, things definitely get easier. It's very rewarding in itself, especially creating something original and seeing another's take on it, or being able to do your own take on a character.
-------------------------------------------

What about BBWs do you find attractive? What sparked your interest?
-
I've been attracted to all kinds of women for as long as I can remember. Femininity naturally holds connotations of curves and voluptuousness; it wasn't until just recently that mainstream society started trying to rebel against instincts and attractions built up over millenia of human evolution.
-------------------------------------------

How do you see the BBW/WG community evolving in the near future?
-
If the past is any indication, more subcultures will tend to emerge within the subculture itself, and it'll continue to grow (no pun intended)
-------------------------------------------

What kind of art would you like to see more of in the future?
-
I'm interested in all kinds of art, but I especially like to see art that's creative and unique, in style and concept.

There's a monster in your chest. Its a real nasty one, and in a few hours it will burst its way through your ribcage and you're gonna die. Any Questions?
This is Ripley, last survivor of the Nostromo, signing off.

Hmm...quite an interesting interview indeed.

Artist looks interesting and what he says about anthros actually makes sense even if I don't particularly like them but just might give him an watch thanks to you! :D

Once, someone said "Fat girls suck". and being the gentleman I am, I simply went to berserker mode and tore him apart.

Then I realized I could have been clever and have said "Yes, they do...my D*CK THAT IS."

You know I just said DUCK, right...? >.>
:iconoverlordofnobodies:
Wow that was new. I have never see any way do same thing like this before. I like it. You were the interviewer right.[the person who ask things.]
:iconthebluestrike:
Interesting, I've seen 'memes' but this is a few take on things. I honestly like it better than memes too.
Awesome.
